MAXLONG COLOUR COILS

According to Japanese industrial standards of JIS G 3321 or ASTM A 792 and ASTM A755 G550 our colour coils are hot dipped coated by 55% Aluminum, 43.4% Zinc and 1.6% silicon for long life. Aluminum gives good long life and light weight, Zinc is superior corrosion resistant and Silicon is heat resistant these qualities are the most effective performance in Alu-zinc coated range. We ensure that we are getting 100% pure ingots for productions to keep the international standard. After Hot dipped Alu-zinc coting, according to ASTM A 755 a Regular polyester paint is coated with a computerized system. Then it will be converted in to Maxlong colour coils (Maxlong Pre painted Alu zinc coil) for your roof or building .
